Appointments Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment to allow check in time For appointments of two hours or longer, a credit card is required for the appointment. If “no show” or no 24-hour cancellation, the full value of the ap- pointment will be charged. We do reserve the right to refuse services for the protection of our clients and staff. Cancellation Policy Because your spa services are reserved especially for you, we ask that you please notify us at least 4 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule you appointment. FULL CHARGE will be imposed for a “No Show.” Gift Certificate Gift Certificates are nonrefundable; however, they are transferable to someone else. A “no show” on a Gift certificate is considered used. A 15% gratuity (rounded to even dollars) will be added to all gift certificate packages purchased and to all multiple. |
